Session terms
The rules we work by. Please read them before the first meeting.
Format
A session lasts 50 minutes and takes place online, by video.
Ongoing therapy runs once a week. We agree the schedule together.
Long-term work follows a therapeutic contract that we discuss in the first sessions.
Price and payment
€50 per session. Card payment at booking. Your slot is held once payment goes through.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is free if you tell me at least 24 hours before the meeting.
If you do not appear and did not tell me, the fee is not refunded.
If you are late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If I am late, that time is made up.
Confidentiality
What happens in a session is discussed with no one. I follow the KEPP code of ethics.
Emergency help
Sessions are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care.
